No. The program focuses on foundational, evidence-based lifestyle strategies. You may incorporate lab results or supplements later, but Refresh begins with the essential daily habits that support balance and fertility naturally.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No. Refresh is a standalone, educational and reproductive wellness coaching program designed to complement, not replace the care of your medical provider. Always consult with your healthcare team before making medical or supplement changes.

Can I continue after Refresh?

Of course. Women who complete Refresh may choose to continue into the remaining Nourish and Strengthen phases of the Refresh, Nourish & Strengthen program whenever they feel ready.

This continuation builds directly from the Refresh phase and offers deeper support in nutrition, resilience, and long-term hormonal balance, without repeating the initial work.

Who We Are
Fertile Optimism was created to support women over 40 as they navigate hormonal change in midlife, including perimenopause, menopause, and fertility, with compassion and evidence-informed guidance.

Founded by a Certified Doula and Women’s Wellness Coach with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Fertile Optimism emerged from firsthand recognition of how often women’s reproductive and hormonal health becomes misunderstood or overlooked during their late 30s and 40s. What began as a search for clarity evolved into a commitment to provide thoughtful education, practical tools, and steady support—so women can approach this stage of life with greater understanding, confidence, and care.
