  About this course

An Introduction to Acquiring Hormonal Balance

There are a number of things that can threaten a woman’s reproductive wellness.  In this course you will be working on six steps to help in your efforts toward nourishing your reproductive health and wellness.

To make needed changes to your reproductive wellness you will need clarification on what those needs are.
  • Our reproductive system cannot function optimally if we are stressed, and do not take the needed time to allow for both cognitive and physical rest.
  • We have to provide our bodies with adequate space for relaxation and put into place useful tools that help us to manage stress.
  • The body must be properly nourished if it is to rejuvenate and do the work of keeping our hormones balanced. One way to do this is by eating nourishing foods.
  • The body needs strength and resilience.  A body that lacks strength may struggle to conceive or find the transition into menopause difficult and uncomfortable.

Self Reflection Through Journal Assessments.

Each course module delivered over a period of one-week accompanies a Journal Assessment that is designed to help you dig deeper, allowing you to see where you are now in your hormonal balance and where it is that you would like to be.  Journal Assessment worksheets are provided.  Let's get started!

A basic approach to gaining hormonal wellness.

By systematically working through each lesson over a period of one-week, you will gain insight into what you feel you need for your own reproductive and hormonal wellness, and will be able to map out a plan that you will be able to share with your healthcare provider for better balance.

Reproductive. | Wellness. | Fertility. | Menopause.

We believe that a woman's reproductive wellness has much to do with her overall health and balance whether she is trying to conceive or has transitioned into menopause. My goal is to help you blur out what fails or what is not serving you and instead help you to increase what works and improve upon lifestyle changes that show promise.
