Well Hello, I am Marika of Fertile Optimism, a certified wellness coach and doula who has worked in healthcare for more than two decades.

Because of personal and extensive experience with fertility, I have  a passion for the reproductive wellness of women trying to conceive in their later  years and sometimes just succumbing to the symptoms of a much too early menopause.

Our educational coaching programs are designed to help you find balance in your reproductive journey, whether it's in managing your own fertility challenges, hoping for the outcome you want, or transitioning more comfortably into menopause.

As a trained doula, I am also happy to provide tools and resources for doulas who are also caring for these women.
