Course Creator

A certified wellness coach that has worked for more than two decades in the medical field, receiving my wellness certification form the Institute for Wellness Education.

Having had my own rather difficult experience with fertility I developed a passion for the reproductive wellness of women trying to conceive in her later reproductive years, sometimes only to succumb to the symptoms of a too early menopause.

I designed these educational coaching programs to help you find your own balance in your reproductive journey, be it as you work through your fertility struggles, with the hope of a desired outcome, or as for you to have a more comforting transition into menopause.

Also, having been a doula to women of more advanced years.  It is my delight to provide tools and resources for the doula who serves these like women.
