Having had my own rather difficult experience with fertility I developed a passion for the reproductive wellness of women trying to conceive in her later reproductive years, sometimes only to succumb to the symptoms of a too early menopause.
I designed these educational coaching programs to help you find your own balance in your reproductive journey, be it as you work through your fertility struggles, with the hope of a desired outcome, or as for you to have a more comforting transition into menopause.
Also, having been a doula to women of more advanced years. It is my delight to provide tools and resources for the doula who serves these like women.
